We have been regular clients of Ilene and her unbelievable team of animal lovers for almost 10 years. We’ve used them for midday walks and for overnight trips with an in-home stay. Always responsible, always loving. My dogs can be reactive to other dogs and Ilene and her walkers know how to manage their anxieties. My dogs come home happy and satisfied! For in home stays, it’s like having a friend or family member caring for our pack. We also have a cat who has been well cared for. I highly recommend Dog Gone Walking.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pet Sitting
How much does pet sitting cost?
In-home pet sitting visits start at $29. Standard visits are available in 15-, 30-, and 60-minute lengths. Final pricing depends on the visit duration, schedule, number of pets, and care requirements.
What is included in a pet sitting visit?
A visit may include feeding, fresh water, walks or potty breaks, litter box care, medication, playtime, companionship, mail collection, plant watering, and other agreed-upon care instructions. You receive an update and photos after the visit.
Do you care for both dogs and cats?
Yes. We provide in-home care for dogs and cats and may be able to care for other household pets after reviewing their routines and needs.
How many visits will my pet need each day?

We will help you create a schedule that maintains your pet’s comfort and safety while you are away. For cats we have a minimum visit of once per day. For dogs we have a minimum number of three visits per day but recommend four if no one is staying overnight. Four visits per day looks like breakfast, mid day, dinner, bedtime.
